Terms & Conditions

Initial Payment, Fees & Cancellations

An initial deposit payment of 1/3 of your total quoted amount is required to secure your booking. This is detailed in the quote we would have sent you via email, and can be paid BACS or PayPal. You will receive a receipt for this shortly after it has been acknowledged our end. The deposit you pay to secure your event is non-refundable and reflects the work we put into your event prior to attending and the bookings we may have missed by securing your date for you.

Real Event DJs agree that the fee provided in the quote is inclusive of all expenses, including travel expenses to and from the venue.

All cancellations must be made by contacting us by email to info@realeventdjs.com. Once your event has been cancelled, your event date will immediately be available for other people to book, unless otherwise specified.

For all bookings made before 17th March 2020 for events planned with us after this date, if you or your venue decide to cancel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we can look to rearrange your booking for a new date, honouring your original quote and deposit on a ‘like for like’ basis for up to 2 years from your original booking date – subject to our availability and you giving as much notice as practically possible. If this applies to you and you wish to discuss your options, please email us at info@realeventdjs.com

Full Payment

The final remaining balance (quote, less deposit paid) is due on the same day of your event before the performance via BACS, Cash, Credit Card or PayPal, however you may pay at any date beforehand, if you wish.
